TRY
Made for beginners, but designed for students of all abilities. If you’re new to yoga, this is the place to get started. You’ll learn proper alignment in each pose with cues from your instructor and with hands on assists. For experienced yogis, it’s a great refresher course and a chance to get deep into your poses; to take your practice to a new level. This is the reason we opened the studio and named it TRY. You’re guaranteed to love it!
GET UP
Get your day started in the right direction. You'll gradually move into your flow, to ease into your day. Then, when your body and mind are ready, take on more of a challenge. Your workout for the day is done, stress free and in the right frame of mind, ready to tackle your day, all before the first cup of coffee..
GET IN, GET OUT
Get on your mat, get focused, get your practice in, get on with the rest of your day. A quick 45 minutes, primarily working on one of the trouble areas - hips, shoulders, hamstrings, lower back. A great way to break up the workday.

Designed to get deep into poses using dhristi(focus) and ujjayi(breath). Strengthen your body and your mind. You are more powerful than you think.
